So far, Innosilicon is the sole technology partner in China who has access to the 5nm process library provided by Samsung and TSMC combined with the design-to-tapeout capability.

In 2018, Innosilicon was the first to overcome the major technical bottleneck of GDDR6 high bandwidth memory and realized the mass production of high-performance computing GPU. In 2019, Innosilicon announced the availability of HDMI 2.1 IP supporting 4K/8K display and high-speed 32Gbps SerDes IP. In 2020, we launched the HBM2e and INNOLINK Chiplet technology, a high-performance computing platform (CPU / GPU / NPU) of Chinese standard. In 2021, Innosilicon will launch the world first silicon-proven GDDR6X PHY and controller IP，based on GDDR6X memory chips from Micron.
